An international consortium
led by SOFRECO in association with NI-CO
and PAI
is implementing the project.
The expert team consists of a long term international expert
(Team Leader), two key short term international experts and
a pool of international and local experts. The project was
launched in April 2006 and is expected to last 24 months.
